Collaboration

Virtually all NorthBridge efforts are conducted in collaboration with a client team, and we emphasize this collaborative approach from start to finish. We generally see our role as supplying intellectual leadership, producing ideas, performing associated analysis, developing strategy, supporting recommended decisions, and facilitating the process – we work collaboratively with our clients on all of these efforts. In addition, we often represent our clients in negotiations and in regulatory forums.

We are proud of the fact that clients highly value our contributions, and often view us as a necessary and welcome extension of their business rather than as an external consultant.
