For example, for several clients facing major facility investment decisions, we analyzed the value associated with the often overlooked deferral option – which analysis indicated deferral rather than outright action was preferred.

As another example, in a contentious regulatory proceeding we studied the incentives of various stakeholders, and then we conceptualized and developed a settlement that was acceptable to all major parties but that no party had advocated on its own.
