The NorthBridge staff consists of dedicated professionals with many years of consulting and energy industry experience. We care about our clients, and we do what we believe is right.

While our newer consultants are integral to the present and future success of our practice, we do not subscribe to the philosophy of sending an “army” of junior personnel to help a client tackle a problem. Instead, we believe that consulting teams should not be heavily leveraged with junior consultants. As a result, our clients have strong relationships with the experienced members of our firm, and our junior consultants benefit from close interaction with the Firm’s partners.

Accordingly, we have a high proportion of experienced firm partners (directors and principals) who apply their in-depth knowledge of the energy industry, of both regulated and competitive markets, and of finance and economics, to every assignment.
