Gustaf structures analyses and creates presentations for large and small energy companies and related industries. His work spans economic modeling, product pricing, carbon accounting, resource planning, and regulatory strategy. He works closely with firm Partners to translate complex data into actionable insights and help shape client strategy across technical and regulatory workstreams.

Prior to joining the NorthBridge Group, Gustaf worked at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, where he contributed to policy papers, edited research publications, and helped design digital tools for public engagement. He holds an Sc.B. in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Brown University. Outside of work, Gustaf volunteers with a local housing advocacy organization, supporting efforts to advance affordable, equitable, and sustainable housing in his community.
