Pat advises electric utility clients on strategic planning issues, including wholesale market participation, resource planning, and changes in regulatory environments including transition to competition issues. She has extensive experience in power market design and resource adequacy issues.

Recently she has assisted clients who face demands for extensive new baseload power supply, through the development of supply plans, innovative pricing models and green tariffs.

Pat is one of the founding partners of The NorthBridge Group. Previously, she was with Putnam, Hayes & Bartlett, Inc., and earlier with Bain & Company. She received a B.A. in mathematics from Wells College and a J.D. from Yale Law School.
